ATTAYN LIVE CODE OF CONDUCT

1. OVERVIEW

Attayn Live’s activities are regulated by a strict code of conduct designed to not only ensure accountability and transparency but fairness and fair dealing.

2. GUIDING PRINCIPLES
(a). Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

Attayn Live, in its internal and external dealings will respect the right to freedom from discrimination regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, opinion, religion and beliefs.

(b). Highest Possible Ethical Standards

Attayn Live shall at all times (and through its employees, directors and Board) maintain the highest possible legal and ethical standards. This includes immediate disclosure of the receipt of gifts

(c). Fair-Dealing at times and compliance with existing laws

Attayn Live will obey all relevant laws, rules and regulations and will not act outside their confines. Attayn Live will also not short-change, cheat or steal a march on its customers, business partners, share-holders, stakeholders and the general public.

(d). Report Conflict of Interest

Employees, directors and Board members of Attayn Live shall avoid situations that could bring about a conflict between company business and personal business. To this end, all instances of conflict of interest should be immediately disclosed to the Board to deal with them as they deem fit.

(e). Zero Tolerance for Money Laundering and Terrorism

Attayn Live does not tolerate Money Laundering and does not finance Terrorism. To this end, every employee, share-holder, director and board member shall;

(i). Not receive money from questionable or suspicious persons and companies;
(ii). Be subjected to periodic background checks as will be announced from time to time by Management;
(iii). Ensure that all existing and potential contractors are subjected to background checks to ascertain the identities of their shareholders, directors and promoters
(iv). Not receive cash gifts from any customers or persons for any reason at all
(v). Discourage cash transactions for work done and where cash payments are inevitable, same must be reported where they exceed $1,000.00.
(vi). Report any lodgements or transfers in excess of $.................. for an individual and $.................. in the case of a body corporate.
(f). Respect for the Environment

Attayn Live shall at all times strive to preserve our natural environment in its actions. To this end, it shall run a ‘paperless’ office and rely on emails and/or other forms of electronic communication.

(g). Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

Attayn Live considers Intellectual Property Rights to be sacrosanct and worthy of protection. To this end, all agreements entered into by the company shall provide for the protection of its intellectual property rights. All employees, directors, shareholders, stakeholders and board members are bound by this code of conduct.

(h). Prohibition of Insider Trading

Attayn Live operates a zero tolerance policy regarding insider trading. Anyone found to have carried out such activities will be instantly dismissed and handed over to the relevant law enforcement bodies

3. EFFECTIVE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION
This code of conduct shall take effect from December 2, 2024.
